  • New online activities for you to try

    Hello,

     

    Well done.  You've completed your first week of home learning.  Many of you have already begun uploading some fabulous work via SeeSaw to your teachers.  I am hoping that, in the weeks to come, we can share some work on this site.

     

    By tea time on Friday, we will add a new weekly learning planner onto the YEAR GROUP pages.  These can be found under the CHILDREN tab on the front page, then select the year group you require.  

     

    In addition we will also upload some additional activities and websites that you might like to look at on the Curriculum pages.  You can find these under the KEY INFORMATION tab on the home page, then select CURRICULUM and then the Area of Learning and Experience (AoLE) that you are interested in.

  • Remote learning packages

    Hello,

     

    The school staff have worked very hard to put together learning packs for your children whilst they are remote learning.  These packs contain

    • an exercise book for them to work in
    • a pencil
    • a rubber
    • a pack of crayons/coloured pencils
    • a strip of your child's logins (not for Nursery)
    • advice on what is available on Hwb (free of charge)
    • how to access your child's SeeSaw account
    • their first home learning planner from teachers
      • a new one will be uploaded each Friday on their Year group page.  This can be found from the menu on the home page - Children - Year group
    • Read Write Inc information (for those learning sounds)

     

    For more ideas on what you can do with your child, checkout our school calendar where we will be adding internet based events, such as authors reading their books, exercise workouts and live streaming events.  These events are simply ideas that you can select from as you feel is appropriate, please use your parental wisdom when balancing your child's screen time with practical/physical activities.
