STEM Squad

Year 3 are taking the lead with STEM across the school this year. 

They are working on - 

• Making posters to advertise STEM Week, reward stickers and virtual certificates
• Create class packs for SID mascots ready to display in classrooms (Safer Internet Day).
• Talk to an expert about DT skills.
• Prepare a game for the summer fair.

They are supported by Mrs Mottram, Mrs Pankhurst, Miss Lewis and Mrs Bishop.

Our chair is Xueling.

Our aims for this year are - 

1. To plan and promote STEM week.
2. To arrange a visit to Techniquest.
3. To organise a DT home project competition.
4. To design computing posters to raise awareness of computational thinking.
