We were delighted to welcome parents to our Stay and Learn afternoon, where we shared how reading is taught at Ninian Park. Families learned about our routines, simple game templates, and the structure and expectations of Read Write Inc. There was also time for parents to visit classrooms, see these approaches in action, and work alongside their children. It was a valuable opportunity to build confidence and strengthen the home–school partnership in supporting reading.
